I am a simple lady, okay not really, but when it comes to my daily makeup routine I most certainly am! My go to look is cover up if I have any red pimples lurking, mascara to enhance my eyes, blush to add a little umph to my skin, and lip gloss so my lips are pucker up ready. Nonetheless, a simple look that makes me look alive and ready to take on the day!
Personally, for me foundation is a once in a while thing, or for a day I want to do a little somethin’ somethin’ extra, but it’s not a daily art form that I want to engage in. The same goes for eye shadow, it’s fun to play with but it’s a once in a blue moon kind of thing. When I do play up my eyes I come to play though, I either use multiple colors or I match my eye shadow to what I am wearing. Though, I am not one to play every day so below you will find my go to items for my daily look whether you find me at work, Target, or out to eat.

Urban Decay Perversion
Perversion does not disappoint, it leaves your lashes extended and ready to bat. The mascara says, “Bigger, Blacker, Badder,” and yes it is all of those things. I have tried other mascaras, but I always return back to this one!
My go to Cover up:
Sephora Clear & Cover in shade 5 beige
Clear and cover is what I need when a red pimple comes to wreck my day! Now you may still see my pimple, but with this it becomes a “skin colored” pimple, and I can live with that. Plus this cover up has salicylic acid in it to help treat my pimple while it’s covered. (I couldn’t link this product because it’s currently not found online)
My Go To Gloss:
Sephora Outrageous Plump Intense Hydrating Lip Gloss
This gloss is a natural color that adds a little plump and shimmer to your lips. Basically it’s your natural lip color enhanced.

Fenty Beauty Shimmer Skin Stick Shade Yacht Lyfe
Yacht Lyfe can be used as a highlighter or a blush. It appears on my skin as a peachy-pink color with gold shimmer. This color is absolutely perfect for the sunny days that we have not had much of, but when I’m stepping out this summer I will be blushed or highlighted with this beauty!
Milk Makeup Lip + Cheek Shade Werk
Werk is such a pretty color to lay upon my face. When I want a more natural pink I reach for this dusty rose color. The benefit to these Milk products is the 2 in 1 perk, lip and cheek all covered by one product. For the most part, I do tend to use them for my cheeks.

Perk is a coral color that I reach for when I want a brighter look on my face.
With makeup I like to keep it simple, because when the makeup comes off at the end of the day I still look like me, just with a little less color. If you are like me and you don’t feel like doing too much makeup, focus on the little details that you want to enhance.
